39 Medical Center is the most high
performance Chinese Medicine and acupuncture Clinic in Canada.
Dr. Cao Clinic is one of the 39 Medical Centers set up across Ontario.
The mission is to provide high performance service to the people
of Peel Region and the surrounding areas. Dr.Cao Clinic is located
at the center of Peel region providing easy access from the Cities
of Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville and Etobicoke. It provides a
complete solution in modern Chinese medicine, including acupuncture,
moxibustion, herbal medicine, nutrition/food therapy, acupressure,
and cupping.
Other than the above mentioned treatment, Dr.
Cao Clinic also provides registered massage therapy (RMT) service
to the patients.
Acupuncture and RMT services are accepted
by most insurance companies.
Our Doctors and Practitioners
in Dr. Cao Clinic
Medical practitioners at Sanjiu are all exceptionally experienced
and qualified in their areas of practice. They are registered in
Ontario and hold Master's and Doctoral degrees in their field of
practices. They graduated in various medical universities and have
in depth experience and practice in the hospitals in China practicing
both Western and Chinese medicine. They are trained in both systems
and are competent in each others' practices. Our practitioners also
professionally interpret western medical charts and lab reports.
Other than our full-time practitioners, we regularly invite famous
Traditional Chinese Medicine doctors, scholars and professors from
China to conduct training and meeting with our practitioners.
We have two doctors in the clinic:
(1) Professor Lei Cao, Ph.D, Dr.Ac, CMD, RMT got her doctorate
degree in Fudan University in China. Dr. Cao She is a famous professor
in China. She received both western medical education and Traditional
Chinese Medicine (TCM) education in China and completed General
Practice both in Western Medicine and TCM and authorized as medical
doctor both in Western medicine and TCM in China. Please check her
qualifications and experience below.
Dr. Cao is also a Register Massage Therapist
in Ontario of Canada. Her treatments in Acupuncture and massage
therapy are accepted by most insurance companies.
(2) Chinese Medicine Doctor Nancy Yue Zhang, Dr. Ac. C.M.D got her
Master degree from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,
China. She is a specialist in acupuncture and Chinese Massage therapy.

Professor Cao got her doctorate
degree in Fudan University, one of the most famous universities
in China. She received both western medical and Traditional
Chinese Medicine (TCM) education in China. She has completed
General Practice both in Western Medicine and TCM and authorized
as medical doctor both in Western medicine and TCM. Professor
Cao has worked in clinical works, medical research, medical
education fields for more than 20 years. She has excellent
knowledge in both Western and Chinese traditional medicines
and will explain in detail about your illness and will tell
you the best choice of your treatments.
Professor Cao has excellent skills of acupuncture and herbal
medicine
She is also a registered massage therapist in Ontario. Her
RMT treatment is accepted by most insurance policies

Dr. Zhang received her Master degree of Medicine and Acupuncture
from Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, China.
She got her Medical license in Shandong Province of China. She is
the Member of the Canadian Society of Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture(CSCMA).She
is a specialist in acupuncture and acu-moxi. (a special kind of
acupuncture to treat pains).With 12 years certificated experiences
in clinical acupuncture and TCM, including pediatric massage, She
is good at the acupuncture and Chinese medicine in cure many diseases,
and can get significant efficiency in 1 to 3 times.
