Rates and Policies At HealthPhone.com, we're committed to offering you a variety of shipping options and a standard low flat rate for shipping. That means you don't have to worry about complicated rate calculations. Instead, you simply pay one low shipping price, no matter how large your order. All orders made Monday to Thursday before 12:00am Midnight Eastern Standard Time will be processed within 24-hours from the time the order was made. Orders made after midnight on Fridays will be considered a Monday order and will be sent out on Tuesday. We ship out all processed orders within 36-hours of the original time of the order, except on orders made after midnight on Friday -- those are shipped on Tuesday. After your order has been processed, you will receive it within five to ten business days by United Parcel Service (UPS) Courier. Orders sent outside of Canada may take slightly longer. Orders sent outside of North America may be subject to additional fees from tariffs, duties and customs. We are always looking for ways to improve our services and keep our prices competitive. As a result, shipping rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
Where We Ship We currently ship to street addresses (all shipping methods), P.O. boxes within Canada and the United States of America, and to APO/FPO U.S. Military addresses. Packages sent to military addresses may be delayed by military mail handling. Packages over 20 lbs may require additional shipping time.

Refunds and Returns If a medicinal product is damaged in shipment or an incorrect item is shipped, we will issue you a full refund or immediately send a replacement product. It is important to contact us as you may not need to return your items. Please reference your order number and the reason for return and whether you would like a refund or replacement product.
