Welcome to 39 Medical Center
We are a hub of traditional Chinese medicine
(TCM) health services in Toronto with a vision to expand across
Canada and beyond. The TCM modalities offered in our clinics cover
a wide range of healing services, including acupuncture, herbal
medicine, food therapy, therapeutic bodywork (such as Tui Na massage),
physical exercise (Tai Chi), and energy therapy (QiGong). Treatment
of imbalance (described as "disease" in Western Medicine)
of the body, health rehabilitation, strengthening of immunity, pain/weight
management, etc. are achieved by employing one or more of these
healing modalities.
At 39 Medical Center, we're committed to

success in improving health, treatment and prevention of body imbalance.
We take great care in selecting health practitioners who are professionally
qualified, clinically competent and ethically aligned to our vision
and mission. We also give you peace of mind in ensuring that the
medicinal products and health supplements we provide are of good
quality, safe to use and conform to applicable laws or regulations
administered by Canadian Authorities.
At the moment, we have three locations in
Ontario. We are expanding and are setting up additional clinics
across Canada and, as a precaution against COVID-19, introduce on-line
consultation whilst overcoming geographical barriers to enhance
our accessibility to existing clients and health seekers
at large.

We are committed to delivering the best health care and services
to health seekers by providing a clinic equipped with professional
and competent practitioners, modern facilities, comfortable and
friendly environment, safe and effective herbal medicine, and caring
staff.

Our fee is very reasonable and affordable to most people, and we
also have subsidy programs to help those who cannot afford our services.
We accept most private and group insurance. Just relax and call

Most of our medical practitioners can speak fluent English. We
use modern Chinese herbal medicine that is equally effective as
raw herbs and is very convenient to take (no decoction is required).
We have patients and health seekers from across the country and
the US.
If you live far from our clinic locations and you have concerns
about your health and have questions about Chinese Medicine, please
send your questions here and we shall respond to you within 48 hours.
Although you normally see only one of our TCM practitioners, our
team of practitioners is backing you up, because we hold a consultation
review meeting every week. Cases with slow or unsatisfactory progress
will be discussed at this weekly meeting. We would also seek advice
from peers beyond our circle, including senior TCM practitioners
in China or at large.
Our TCM Practitioners and Acupuncturists
Our Chinese Medicine practitioners at 39 Medical Center are all
exceptionally experienced and qualified in their areas of practice:
* All of them graduated from key and recognized Chinese medical
universities in China.
* Most of them were trained in both Chinese and Western Medicine
so they are more knowledgeable if you underwent Westeran Medicine
treatment before or wish to adopt an integrated medicine approach.
* Most of them hold double or higher degrees (masters and doctorate),
and some even hold professorships. They have at least 10 years'
clinical experience; some with over 20 years of experiences.
* They are all registered as TCM Practitioners and/or Acupuncturists
in the respective Canadian Province(s).
In addition to our full-time practitioners, we regularly invite
distinguished TCM Practitioners, professors or scholars from China
to conduct experience sharing or training/seminars with our practitioners.

Zhaohui (Stanley) LIANG, R.TCMP, R.AC, PhD
Liang is a Registered TCM Practitioner (R. TCMP) and Registered
Acupuncturist (R. Ac) of Ontario, and was formerly a Registered
Deputy Chief TCM Doctor in China. He is a member of China
Association of Acupuncture and Moxibustion (CAAM), former
Deputy General Secretary of the Abdominal Acupuncture Committee
of CAAM. He has practiced TCM and acupuncture since he graduated
from the Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 2003.
He worked as an acupuncture specialist in the Acupuncture
Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital of TCM from 2003
to 2014. He received his PhD in Medical Sciences from the
Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine in 2013. He has published
more than ten research papers in world renowned peer-reviewed
medical journals, and he is a Guest Editor and Reviewer of
many international medical journals.
Liang speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. He is
nice and easy to communicate.with.

ZHONG Bei, R,TCMP & R.AC, M.Sc
Focus in Acupuncture , Acupressure & Herbal Medicine
Consultation hours:
Saturday- 9:30 am - 6 pm
Zhong is Registered TCM Practitioners (R.TCMP) and Registered
Acupuncturist (R.Ac). She also has a Master's degree in Medicine
from the Beijing Medical University, China's national university.
She has more than 20 years of clinical experience in acupuncture,
herbal medicine, Chinese TuiNa (Chinese therapeutic massage).
She was an Associate Professor in Traditional Chinese Medicine
Research Institute and Beijing Construction Hospital. She
was once awarded "Beijing City's Model of Diligent Workers
(2000), Golden Medalist of China Institute of Chinese Medicine
(1995), Beijing City's Excellent Clinician Award (1989). She
also received many research grants to support various researches
in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

WANG Sui Bin R,TCMP & R.AC
Registered Practitioner and Acupuncturist
She is experienced in Healthly aging, Children Wellness,

Wang is experienced in the prevention of diseases and rehabilitation
from critical illnesses, recovery from surgery and other treatments.
She obtained her Bachelor Degree of Medicine in the Guangzhou
University of Chinese Medicine. She is member of the Chinese
Medicine and Acupuncture Association of Canada and a Fellow
of the Medical Science Institute of China Medicine. She has
more than 20 years of clinical experience in herbal medicine
and acupuncture. She has special experience in treating female
and children health disorders, skin diseases, cancer, diabetes,
liver and kidney disorder.
